Revenant is a band that is influenced by the past while not being defined by it. There's an elusive quality that would have made Revenant feel fresh and relevant in the classic decades of the Sixties and Seventies, as well as the Eighties, Nineties or 20 minutes ago.
What can you expect from Revenant? The musicians bring their creativity, talent and professionalism to each show they play, leaving people saying WOW! We set the tone for performances with our very first song, showing audiences that they are about to hear something special. We can give a client a musical experience that ranges from Mountain to Motown!
Revenant is on its way to becoming one of the premier party bands in the area. For booking information, please contact Steve at 720-771-8729 or email steve@denverrevenantband.com.
Meet the Band!
Floyd Van Deusen is an 80's GIT graduate, and in addition to shreddy blues guitar, assists with musical arrangements. He also provides lead and backing vocals. Photo credit: Susan R. Bailey-Estes
Tom O'Connor came to us from Pull the Trigger; he can play lead or rhythm effortlessly and his style dovetails with Floyd's so well that audiences are left in awe! Photo credit: Susan R. Bailey-Estes
Barb Ussery is our bassist and vocalist. Her solid thumping locks in the groove, and when she backs up Angela with powerful harmonies, watch out! Photo credit: Susan R. Bailey-Estes
Drummer/vocalist/ Steve Pavey has been playing for over 50 years and in his younger days as a full-time musician, he worked with such talented people as Rupert Holmes and James Griffin, and he also opened for well known acts such as 3 Dog Night, Bread, Billy Preston, Uriah Heep and Steppenwolf. His mix of vocals and drumming leave people with happy feet! photo credit: Susan R. Bailey-Estes
Jessi Green handles the female part of the front vocals superbly! If her mother is to be believed, Jess Green has been singing longer than she could talk. She hails from the world of show choir and musical theater, previously performing in everything from cabaret concerts to one notable night onstage with Barry Manilow. Now she's ready to rock the Denver music scene with co-lead vocals for Revenant!
Eli Rodarte handles the male front vocal duties for Revenant! Many great things to say about Eli. What better way to motivate and inspire people than through music! Eli started on sax and by watching his father and brother sing in bands before going out on his own in the 80's and 90's, singing in bands and even doing Stand Up Comedy in Denver! Those experiences created the passion that will foever be etched into Eli's personality!
